Bookings & Secure slots: Pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. Pay the remaining 50% balance 60 days before the trip starts. Cancellation & Refund Policy Written Notice Required: You must send all cancellation requests by email: info@intothewildnamibia.com Online Payment Processing Fees: For any bookings made via online payment methods, the 4.5% cash handling fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. More than 60 Days Before the Trip: We keep your initial deposit. We refund any extra money you already paid, minus the online payment processing fee (if applicable). 30 to 60 Days Before the Trip: You lose 50% of the total tour price.Less than 30 Days Before the Trip: You lose 100% of the total tour price. No refunds are given. The Overlander Peace of Mind If Into the Wild Namibia must cancel a trip due to extreme weather, safety risks, or lost permits:We will give you a 100% credit for a future date, OR We will refund 50% of your deposit right away, minus the online payment processing fee (if applicable). The "No Hidden Surprises" Fee Policy for Online Payments: Our online payment system charges a standard 4.5% international fee for cross-border payments. Please note: Because merchant providers do not return this fee to us when a refund is issued, this 4.5% handling fee is entirely non-refundable if you choose to cancel your booking. Fee-Free Direct Bank Transfer: You can avoid extra fees by paying through a direct EFT or SWIFT bank wire transfer. You must pay any bank transfer fees charged by your own bank.
