Payment Terms & Expedition Booking Policies
Securing deep-wilderness access, specialized concession permits, and elite support infrastructure across Namibia requires meticulous, long-term planning. To guarantee your convoy placement, private safari design, or freelance B2B guiding availability, we operate under the following transparent financial framework.
The "No Hidden Surprises" Fee Policy
-
Transparent Transaction Fees: To maintain competitive base pricing for our expeditions, payments made via PayPal are subject to a standard 4.5% international processing fee to cover cross-border merchant costs. This fee will be automatically calculated and clearly itemized on your digital PayPal invoice.
-
Fee-Free Alternative: Guests or B2B operators wishing to avoid processing fees are welcome to settle their balances via direct EFT/SWIFT bank wire transfer, ensuring that all intermediary sending bank fees are covered on the sender's side.

Payment Methods & Currency Logistics
-
Accepted Currency: All invoices are generated and payable in Namibian Dollars (NAD) or South African Rand (ZAR), which are pegged at a 1:1 ratio.
-
Secure Online PayPal Payments (Preferred for International Bookings): We accept direct payments via PayPal. This allows European travelers and global travel agents to secure convoy spots, private safaris, or freelance guiding retainers instantly using a credit card, debit card, or linked bank account. Invoices can be paid securely in your home currency (EUR/GBP/USD), and PayPal handles the conversion to Namibian Dollars (NAD) automatically.
-
No Account Required: You do not need a registered PayPal account to settle your invoice; the gateway allows you to pay securely using any major international debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
-
International Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT / SWIFT): Traditional bank-to-bank wire transfers remain available for large balances and corporate B2B agency contract settlements.
